Post-op letter
- Sent within 48 hours of surgery (eFax to referrer's preferred line)
- Includes: procedure summary, post-op course, expected recovery timeline, surgeon contact
- Signed by the operating surgeon
- Tone: collegial, brief, no marketing language
30-day outcome call
Ohtari voices a brief outcome update. If the referrer is unreachable, drops a voicemail with the same content and an open invitation to call back.
